1964 - Drake & Scull Engineering is formed by the merger of Drake & Gorham and Arthur Scull & Son in Bristol, England.
1966 - Drake & Scull Engineering opens an office in Abu Dhabi.
1972 - Drake & Scull Engineering opens an office in Hong Kong.
1974 - Drake & Scull completes MEP works for the Kowloon & Canton Railway Company terminus in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
1979 - Drake & Scull completes a tunnel ventilation design study for the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway, MTRC.
1980 - Drake & Scull completes MEP works for the MTRC headquarters in Hong Kong.
1982 - Drake & Scull Engineering opens an office in Singapore.
1989 - Drake & Scull completes the Tsuen Muen Light Rail System in Hong Kong.
1993 - Drake & Scull completes the North Pole depot MEP works, for the Eurostar rolling stock in London.
1994 to 2000 - Drake & Scull undertakes the turnkey design-build mechanical and electrical engineering services for the Jubilee Line Extension (JLE) project in London. This work included the world’s most complex subway tunnel ventilation modeling system, at the time.
1999 - Drake & Scull form an EPC Rail business in the UK providing a comprehensive range of design, build and maintenance engineering services in all mechanical, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, fire and telecommunications engineering disciplines necessary for railway systems. The Rail business unit acted as a prime contractor for major rail projects.
2000 - Drake & Scull undertakes a long term contract for the maintenance of all MEP systems on a major part of the London Underground, including the Jubilee Line Extension (JLE) project.
2000 to 2007 - Drake & Scull undertake many projects for the London Underground and the Docklands Light Railway.
2001 to 2006 - Drake & Scull undertakes the St Pancras Station Redevelopment project in London as an integrated joint venture partner. Drake & Scull also carry out the MEP works for the London terminus on the Channel Tunnel High Speed Rail Link (CTRL).
2001 - Drake & Scull carries out the MEP works for the Brixton Congestion Relief Rail project in London.
2002 - Drake & Scull designs and installs the MEP, Public Health and Telecommunication systems at the Siemens Traincare Facility in Southampton, UK.
2002 to 2006 - Drake & Scull carries out the design, procurement, installation, systems integration, phased testing and commissioning of all MEP and telecommunications systems for phase 2 of the high speed CTRL system wide infrastructure project, from Ebsfleet to St Pancras, London.
2004 to 2006 - Drake & Scull undertakes the design, procurement, installation, testing, systems integration, handover and implementation of the Engineering Systems for the CTRL interchange stations at Stratford and Ebbsfleet in Kent, UK.
2004 - Drake & Scull designs and builds the MEP and telecommunication systems for the Thames link trains at the Bedford Depot, in the UK.
2006 - Drake & Scull designs and builds the MEP and Telecommunications systems for the high speed Hitachi train Ashford and Ramsgate Depots in the UK. The service caters to the high speed commuters and played a crucial part as a key transportation system for the 2012 London Olympics.
2009 – Drake & Scull International PJSC is listed on the Dubai Financial Market after a successful IPO which was 101 times oversubscribed.
2012 – Drake & Scull International PJSC re-establishes Rail capabilities from the UK and launches Drake & Scull Rail in the Middle East.
2014 – Drake & Scull Rail wins its first project in the Middle East to deliver MEP works on the Dubai Airport Passenger Movement System.
2016 – Drake & Scull Rail wins its second project in the Middle East to deliver MEP works on the Depot and Stabling Yards for the Red and Green Lines of the Doha Metro network.
